My rubbish bin has not been emptied – who do I speak to?

Breckland Council are responsible for the collection of rubbish and they can be contacted on 01362 656836.

Where can I get a bus pass from?

Breckland Council issue bus passes. They can be obtained from the Town Hall every Monday from
9.30a.m. – 4p.m and every Tuesday from 9.30am - 2.30pm.

The street lamp outside my house is broken – who do I report it to?

Either report directly to the Town Hall or telephone 0844 8008008 with the precise location and number of the lamp in question Norfolk County Council usually carry out repairs within 7 days.

I have tripped over a flagstone in the marketplace – who do I report it to?

The Registrar is at the Town Hall on a Tuesday between 10.00am and 12.00 noon by appointment only.  To make an appointment please call 01842 754115.
